When training for mixed martial arts, the side effects that come with it are muscle soreness and, most often, damage. The way you decide to cope with the damages done to your body is up to you. During a fight whether you're put in an arm bar, or putting your opponent in to an arm bar, the damage that may occur to your body is inevitable. |
